Benefits of Year Plan in Teaching Profession:

Hello teachers, we all know how important the annual plan is for teaching our subjects. The year plan guides us thought out the year to achieve the goal of teaching. By the year plan we can decide the speed of our work and finish it in time. It leads us as map to reach certain destination in teaching career. Every year we expend hours and toil to prepare annual plan. Then we spend much important time to make student copy it from black board. I  have tried to make available it in pdf, so that teacher can save their much important time. And student also can copy it from pdf. So, feel free to download it and share this among student. Thanks



 معزز  اساتذا، ہم سبھی سالانہ منصوبۂ نصاب تعلیم کی اہمیت سے واقف ہیں۔ سالانہ منصوبۂ نصابِ تعلیم سے پورے سال کے دوران ہماری رہنمائی ہوتی تاکہ مناسب وقت میں تدریس مکمل کی جا سکے۔ سالانہ منصوبۂ نِصابِ تعلیم سے تدریس کی رفتار طئے کی جا سکتی ہے اور بر وقت تدریس  میں رہنمائی ہوتی ہے۔ تدریس کے پیشے میں سالانہ منصوبۂ نِصابِ تعلیم نقشہ کی طرح کام کرتا ہے اور منزل کے حصول میں اہمیت کا حامل ہے۔  
سالانہ منصوبۂ نِصابِ تعلیم کے فوائد:
·        منظم (Systematic)
سالانہ منصوبہ نصاب تعلیم سے ہم اپنے تدریس کو منظم کر سکتے  ہیں ۔وقت کے لحاظ سے ضروری کام کو ترجیح دی جا سکتی ہے۔ جو کامیابی کی ضمانت ہے۔
·   وقت و محنت کی بچت (Saving Time & Efforts)
دوران تدریس وقت کا صحیح استعمال بہت ضروری  ہے۔ بیجا کام کرنے میں اکثر وقت صرف ہو جاتا ہے۔ اور جب احساس ہوتا ہے تو اہم کام باقی رہ جاتے ہیں اور وقت کی کمی ہوتی ہے۔   مناسب منصوبے بندی ہو تو وقت کا صحیح استعمال کر کے متوقع نتائج کم محنت میں حاصل کیے جا سکتے ہیں۔

·        پیمائش(Evaluation)
اگر ہمارے پاس کسی کام کا منصوبہ موجود ہے تو مقررہ وقت میں کام کرنا، کام کی پیمائش کرنا کمی بیشی جاننا، کام کی رفتار طئے کرنا، کام کی سمت طئےکرنا ممکن  ہو جاتا ہے اور اسطرح منزل کا حصول آسان ہو جاتا ہے۔

·        رہنمائی(Guidance)
سالانہ منصوبہ نصاب تعلیم سے رہنمائی حاصل ہوتی ہے۔ وقت کے لحاظ سے کام کرنا ممکن ہوتا ہے۔ تدریسی عمل کو سمت دینا بہت ضروری ہوتا ہے۔ مسافر کو منزل پر پہنچنے کے لئے نقشہ جس طرح اہمیت رکھتا ہے ، اسی طرح تدریس کے مقصد کے حصول میں سالانہ نصاب تعلیم معلم کی رہنمائی کرتا ہے۔

لفظِ   آخر(conclusion)
ہر سال اسکول کی ابتدا میں ہمارا قیمتی وقت سالانہ نصاب تعلیم تیار کرنے میں صرف ہوجاتا ہے۔ پھر طلبہ و طالبات اسے بیاض میں لکھنے میں مزید وقت صرف کرتے ہیں۔ وقت اور محنت کی بچت کے مدنظر سالانہ منصوبۂ نِصابِ تعلیم کو  پی۔ڈی۔ایف۔ کی شکل میں مہیّا کرایا جارہا ہے۔ امید ہے اس پی۔ڈی۔ایف۔  سے استاد و استانی اور  طلبہ وطالبات مستفیض ہونگے۔تشکر۔(  Thanks)
